5.4.1949 – Factory construction commences
1.1.1950 – Establishment of the factory under the name Elektro- Praga Dolný Kubín, n.p. Kremnica factory
1.7.1950 – Production commences
1.4.1958 – Factory incorporated into Slovak Electrotechnical Factories /SEZ/ headquartered in Krompachy
1.1.1970 – Removal of the factory from SEZ Krompachy and incorporation into Elektrovod Bratislava as an independent factory
4.5.1990 – Creation of the state company - ELBA Kremnica
1.10.1994 – Establishment of the joint-stock company - ELBA, a.s. Kremnica |
