The MACHINE TOOL DIVISION dates the commencement of its activities to 1 July 1950. Continual growth has occurred from this date and over its half-century long history, it has successfully managed various machine tool technologies and at the same time incorporated the latest technological advancements: from EDM machines (beginning in 1965) to CNC milling of metal cavity dies, moulds and forms, shaping machines and CNC cutting equipment for various forms on wire cutters. The machine tool division achieved its greatest success in manufacturing metal dies for aluminium forging. The machine tool division was originally established for the needs of its mother company, for which it produced all the special tools required for manufacturing its complete range of armatures.

Our top priority in the close future is to establish ourselves on the current machine tool market where we can offer our quality machine tool technologies and excellent professional experience. An ISO 9001-certified quality management system and an ISO 14001-certified environmental management system are integral parts of the Machine Tool Division, and they provide excellent prerequisites for meeting the demands of the current market as well as those orientated towards the automotive industry.
