Compliance

At ELBA, a.s., we emphasize responsible business practices, transparent relationships, and ethical conduct in all areas of our activities. Our Code of Ethics defines the values that guide us – both towards our colleagues and towards our business partners and other stakeholders. The Code of Ethics serves as a framework for responsible decision-making and fair cooperation. Compliance with laws, internal rules, and ethical conduct is the foundation of our operations. To ensure compliance, we have established communication channels through which employees and third parties can report suspected illegal or unethical conduct.

If you have noticed behavior that violates the law, internal regulations, or the Code of Ethics (e.g., corruption, fraud, or human rights violations), you can report it using the secure form below.

You can submit your report anonymously or under your own name. In both cases, we guarantee confidentiality and protection of your identity. If you wish to remain anonymous, enter "anonymous" in the name field, use an anonymous email address, and make sure that any attached files do not contain your personal data.

In order for your report to be properly assessed and investigated, please ensure that it contains as much specific information as possible. When submitting a report, please try to answer the following questions:

What is your relationship to ELBA, a.s.?

Who does the report concern? Who was involved?

What happened? Describe the incident itself, the violation, your concern.

When and where did the unfair practice, (illegal) advantage, or misconduct occur?
