Organizational structure of ELBA company copies the system of production of products and services. The four divisions - Toolroom, Surface Finishing, Fittings and Gate Systems - are subordinate to the management of the company, and are subdivided into sections that ensure smooth production.
ELBA company consists of the following organizational structures:
